I registered for a conference and did not attend. Will I automatically receive a refund?

No. ABI requires written notice if you are unable to attend a program within 30 days of the conclusion of the program. Please email the accounting department (accounting@abiworld.org) and you will receive a coupon for 20% off the registration fee (not including optional events) which can be used (by the registrant only) for any ABI educational program up to one year after the conference, or for the same conference next year.
